My account

"My 91辦畦" is very similar to "My Account" or "My Profile" you see on other websites. To submit an Ad on 91辦畦 you need to be signed in - you can create an account via the "My 91辦畦" link. Among other things, you can edit your user profile information, control email alerts, and much more. Once you have created your account, there are more help and FAQs about what you can do in the "My 91辦畦" members only area. So, create your free account today by clicking here.
If you want to change your profile information, click on "My Profile". Simply update your details and click the "Save Changes" button. Your changes will be saved.
First, please try to sign in to your account with your email address and your password. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the link "Forgotten Password?" in the navigation menu. Further information on password related problems you can find in the faq section "password related problems".
Your profile settings are based on cookies and thus depend on the duration and deletion of the respective cookie. If you do not accept any cookies, this might cause you to be automatically signed out.
Please delete your account via "My Profile - Delete Account".

91辦畦 puts increased emphasis on long term use and rewards these accounts with a more positive rating. We take data protection very seriously and treat your personal data with the utmost privacy.
Please click on the link you can find at the end of each notification-email to deactivate this service.
In order to change the email address saved in your profile, please go to "My Profile". Now, open the dropdown "Login Credentials". Type your new email address in the field "Email Address" and your password in the field "Current Password". By clicking the button "Save Changes" you save the new email address.Please note that you must confirm the new email address via a link we send to your mailbox of your new address.

My ads

Please make sure that you have chosen the right category for your Ad (e.g. Flatshare or Apartment). By using the "Move-In-Date" option, you can easily find your Ad. To show your Ad on top of the list, just click on the button "Edit Offer" on the bottom of your Ad's page. If you confirm your changes, your Ad will be automatically updated and ranked first in the list.
To update your Ad/s, please open "My Ads" and click the three dots displayed to the right of the Ad title. Click "Edit + Photos" and "Update and View" at the bottom of the page. This way, your Ad will be updated (this can take several minutes) and moved to the front of the listings.
To deactivate your Ad/s, please open "My Ads" and click the three dots displayed to the right of the Ad title. Choose the option "Deactivate". Once you would like to reactivate your Ad/s choose the option "Activate". Active Ads are displayed in the list again and contact details are visible.
You can upload photos in the Ad creation process. To subsequently upload or delete photos, please open "My Ads" and click the three dots displayed to the right of the Ad title. Choose the option "Edit + Photos".
There can be several reasons. Please note that only pictures with the image format .jpeg/jpg, .gif, .png and with a maximum size of 2 MB can be uploaded.
Please make sure that you have typed in the address correctly and that you have chosen the right district and the right postal code. In rare cases, it might happen that the house number is not assigned correctly. If that happens please leave out your house number and refer to it in your Ad's text description.
To delete your Ad/s, please open "My Ads" and click the three dots displayed to the right of the Ad title. Choose the option "Delete". After entering your login data again, your Ad will be deleted. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password using "Forgotten password?" in the main navigation.
In this exceptional situation, please contact kontakt[at] wg-gesucht[dot]de.

IMPORTANT: Please send us your email address, the Ad's ID or the link to the Ad. For identification and verification we need your first and last name, as well as your date of birth. After the verification we will delete your Ad manually.
When you click on "My Ads" there is a button called "PDF Poster". When you click on this button you will see a PDF version of your Ad which you can print. This PDF poster contains the title and text of your Ad, and has eight "tear off" strips with your name, phone number and a reference to your Ad on 91辦畦. Hang them up at your university, on notice boards of shopping centers or at your workplace - this way you increase your chances of success outside the internet! On small displays, the buttons for managing your Ad are behind the button "Options".

Contacting and sending messages

Quite simply, the contact details are shown on the bottom of each Ad. In most cases, the advertiser's telephone or mobile number is already posted in the detailed listing of the Ad. Some advertisers ONLY post their email addresses. In this case, you can contact the advertiser via our comfortable mail center using the button "Send Message". There you can also buffer your message and send it comfortably to several other advertisers.
If the advertiser does not answer right away, it does NOT mean that he or she did not get your email. You may reckon that the advertiser gets a lot of emails at 91辦畦 and has perhaps problems answering all of them. In this case, we suggest you create a Request Ad yourself.
Advertisers can adjust their requests Ad privacy settings individually and choose between "all users", "only signed in users" and "only signed in users with Ad in this city."

If the message "Contact is only possible for signed in users" is displayed, you have to be signed in to contact this advertiser. If the message "Contact is only possible for those who have placed an advertisement in this city" is displayed, the advertiser has chosen the privacy setting "only signed in users with Ad in this city". In this case you can only contact this advertiser if you have also created an Ad in the same city and are signed in.

Password related problems

If you have forgotten your password, please use the "Forgotten Password?" feature. This way, you can reset your password and choose a new one. Please note that you have to enter the email address you signed up with on 91辦畦.
Please delete your browser cache (keyboard shortcut shift+Ctrl+delete). An outdated version of our site might be saved that causes the problem.
First check your spam folder. If the email is not there please proceed as follows: Please make sure that emails with the sender webmaster[at] wg-gesucht[dot]de are not blocked by your private email account.

For security reasons, the "Forgotten Password?" feature can only be used once every 24 hours. Please adjust your settings and use the feature again after the security deadline of 24 hours. In urgent cases please use the email address kontakt[at] wg-gesucht[dot]de to contact us.
To change your password click on the "My Profile" tab. In the tab called "Login Credentials" you can change your password. To do so, please type the current password in the field "Current Password" and the password which you would like to use in the future in the fields "New Password" and "Re-type new password". The password requires a length between 8 and 64 characters. By clicking the button "Save changes", you save the new password.

General questions

As a private landlord, a tenant searching for a next tenant or as a person searching for accommodation, you use 91辦畦 for 0,- . Please get in touch with us for professional or commercial advertising. Please also mind our General Terms and Conditions.
You can find ads under "Offers" or "Requests" on the homepage or in the main navigation menu. You can choose between the categories "Flatshares", "1 Room Flats", "Flats" or "Houses".
Yes. To create an Ad you have to be signed in to your account. However, you do not need to sign up separately. The sign up process is integrated with the creating an Ad process. When you are signed in, you get to your profile by using the link "My 91辦畦". There you can easily edit, deactivate/activate or delete your Ad as well as edit your profile settings and your password.
If you have a flatshare, a room, a flat or a house available for rent, please click on the "Offers" option in the main navigation menu and choose the "Create Offer" option. If you want to introduce yourself as an apartment or room seeker, please click on the "Requests" option in the main navigation menu and choose the "Create Request" option.
The symbols indicate how many males/females are currently living in the apartment share and whether they are looking for a male or a female flatmate.
The 7 digit number you can see in the URL or at the bottom of the detailed view of an Ad in the "Contact" section.
No. For privacy reasons, this is not possible. So take advantage of the ability to Activate/Deactivate ads or print a copy of your Ad for future reference before deleting it.
To increase your chances of success, there are several things you can do - they may sound simple but they can make a big difference. When placing an Ad make sure you include as many details as you can. Make sure that both the Ad title and the description are interesting and informative. Post your Ad on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. Also print a PDF poster of your Ad (see question "WHY IS A PDF GENERATED FROM MY AD?" in the "My Ads" section displayed above).

Optimum display and functionality of 91辦畦

91辦畦 supports the most recent versions of Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Opera and Safari. Please note that if you are using a different browser or an outdated version the pages on this site may not display optimally. For your safety, we recommend you should generally always use the latest versions of the program.

You can increase or decrease the font size used on this site (the standard is 11px) by pressing the shortcut keys "Ctrl" and "+" (to increase) or "Ctrl" and "-" (to decrease). By changing the font size, the layout can be displayed incorrectly.

The character encoding used on this site is ISO-8859-1. Your browser will automatically detect the encoding used by default. If you have changed your browser to ignore this default encoding it can affect the rendering of special characters.
To sign in you must have cookies enabled in your browser. If you do not accept cookies, you can not use all the functionality across the site.
Your browser must have JavaScript enabled if you want to use all functionality of the site. Please note, that without JavaScript enabled your general experience on this site will decrease.
